FIBT Recognized Among The 50 Best Places to Work For 2023

First International Bank & Trust (FIBT) has once again been named to Prairie Business Magazine’s annual 50 Best Places to Work. “This award means a lot to us because it comes from employee nominations,” says Peter Stenehjem, First International Bank & Trust President. “We have an incredible group of people who work at First International Bank & Trust, and we wouldn’t be who we are today without the unique and special culture we’ve created together. I’d like to say thank you to everyone who helped make it happen.”

Earlier this year, the magazine sought company nominations from employees based on benefits, workplace culture, employee morale, and other factors. After analyzing more than one thousand nominations across North Dakota, South Dakota, and western Minnesota, First International Bank & Trust was selected as one of the 50 Best Places to Work. 2023 marks the tenth consecutive year FIBT has earned this distinction.
